Software that does the paperwork your team does by hand today

I build the software a business uses every day: invoicing, inventory, dashboards and document generation. Instead of spreadsheets and paper, your team gets one system where each person sees what they need, and documents such as invoices and reports come out as branded PDFs. I have built this for a printer ink and toner supplier and a tutoring company.

Signs you need this

  • Invoices are made by hand in Word or Excel, then printed or emailed one at a time.
  • The stock numbers on paper do not match what is on the shelf.
  • Everyone shares one spreadsheet or one login, so anyone can see and change everything.
  • Reports take hours each week to put together.
  • Sensitive information, such as financial records, is visible to people who do not need it.

What is included?

  • Invoicing and documents: invoices, pay slips and reports generated as branded PDFs, ready to print or send.
  • Inventory: stock tracked in one place, so counts are checked against the system rather than a paper list.
  • Dashboards and reports that show what you need without manual assembly.
  • Role-based access: each person signs in and sees only what their job requires.
  • Secure storage: your data in a managed cloud database, not on one person's computer.
  • Ongoing fixes and improvements as your team uses it and asks for more.

How does it work?

  1. I learn how the work flows today: who creates what, where it is stored, and where it gets stuck.
  2. We choose the first piece to replace. Starting with the task that costs the most time keeps the change manageable.
  3. I build in stages. Your team uses each part and tells me what to change.
  4. I keep it running: fixes, improvements and new features as the business grows.

Will it fit the way my business works?

That is the point of building it. Off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work to match it. A custom tool is built around your process, your documents and your team's roles.

Frequently asked questions

Can different people see different information?

Yes. I build role-based access, so each person signs in and sees only what their job requires, for example keeping financial records away from general staff.

What documents can the software generate?

Invoices, pay slips and reports as branded PDFs that you can print or send. The layout follows your own branding.

Where is my data stored?

In a managed cloud database behind sign-in and access rules, rather than on one person’s computer. I explain the setup in plain language.
